Please make your selections for Small Dinners and Other Events on this form.
Form must be submitted by Noon on Saturday, November 13, 2021.

Select your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, & 4th choices for Small Dinners. For Other Events, select how many offers you would like to bid on.

When you have made your selections, click submit.
 
 
Small Dinners
Small Dinners are fairly limited in number of spaces and tend to fill up quickly. 

For the small dinners, please indicate your 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th choice. If you are signing up with a partner, please do so together on one form; your partner should not sign up for another small dinner independently.

You will only get one small dinner until everyone has an equal chance to get one. If more than 8 people choose the same dinner as their first choice, there will be a drawing and those not chosen will hopefully get their second choice. If not, their third. Any unfilled spots will be available on the night of the auction.   

Signup for these dinners must be done prior to Noon on Saturday, November 13, 2021.

Other Events
You may sign up for as many of the other events as you wish, with our without a partner. Please indicate the number of seats you are bidding on for each event. If there are more people signed up for an event then there are spaces, a random drawing will be held.
